As the darkness of winter subsides and is replaced by the rejuvenating energy of Spring, we invite you to our transformative and uplifting weekend retreat of creative Sound Journeys, Workshops, Movement, Story-telling and much more.

Limited to just 14 people our Spring Awakenings Sound Immersion & Retreat is held at the stunning converted Gothic Chapel, Ty Capel (www.SunsetbayRetreats.com), a harmonious blend of contemporary design and timeless charm. The conversion preserved the property’s rich heritage, showcasing stunning original features like the galley and captivating feature ceilings. Ty Capel is located in the seaside town of Tywyn, in the heart of mid Wales. 

Our Spring Awakenings Sound Immersion & Retreat offers full-board accommodation with amazing vegan food freshly prepared and presented by Anastasia Eden of Kind Earth (www.kindearth.net); refreshments are also served throughout the weekend. 

Accommodation is luxurious and ensuite in most cases. In addition to Ty Capel , we have also secured additional single/double accommodation at the venues designer beach house located on the seafront and only a seven minute walk away from the Chapel.

Ticket options include: Double, Twin and Single room (with supplement) occupancy, however availability of each room type is very limited so early booking is absolutely essential. A £150 deposit (per person) is required upon booking with the balance payable by end of February 2025.

Ty Capel is located minutes from the train station and the mainline to/from Birmingham, Shrewsbury & Wolverhampton. The venue is also a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to forests, lakes and gorgeous rolling hills.
